Transportation Service
Your convenience is our priority
Millcreek Community Hospital offers a complimentary
non-emergency wheelchair van transport service to hospital inpatients and outpatients who need
transportation to home, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers or a MCH physician’s office.
In addition, the Millcreek Community Hospital van can provide transportation to patients from
their home back to the hospital for tests, procedures or physical therapy.
The van
operates daily from Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
